WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE POLICY
(KAMPAK MX – Mexico)
In compliance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC) and other applicable regulations in Mexico, KAMPAK MX provides the following warranty and exchange policy to its customers.
The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects in products sold by KAMPAK MX.
The duration of this warranty is 15 calendar days from the date the product is received.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, or modifications.
Damage resulting from exposure to extreme or non-recommended conditions.
Products showing signs of tampering or intervention by someone other than the manufacturer.
To begin the evaluation process, the customer must provide:
Clear photographs of the damaged product showing the defect.
For electronic items, a video demonstrating the issue or malfunction.
Order number, full name, and purchase date.
The customer must send the required evidence through the official customer service channel.
The evaluation team will review the information within approximately 2 to 5 business days.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the warranty may proceed through:
Replacement of the product, if available, or
A store credit applicable to future purchases.
KAMPAK MX will cover shipping costs only when a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
The customer may request a size change for the purchased product, provided that:
The customer assumes all shipping costs, including:
a) An outbound shipping label (to return the product to KAMPAK MX).
b) A return shipping label (to receive the product in the requested size).
The customer delivers the original product to the corresponding courier service in the same condition in which it was received, with no signs of use, wear, or damage.
The shipment of the correctly sized product will be made only when:
a) The customer has dropped off the original product at the courier service, and
b) The valid tracking number for the outbound shipment has been provided.
If the textile product presents a manufacturing defect within the first 15 days, the previously described warranty process will apply.
No exchanges or warranties apply when:
The product has been used under conditions other than those recommended.
There are signs of tampering, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use.
The customer fails to provide the required evidence.
The warranty period has expired.
This policy does not affect the consumer’s non-waivable rights established under the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
Any situation not contemplated herein will be evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation.
